ROBERT WHITE
This month BCBSNC Credit Union honors and recognizes Robert White as our Member of the Month. Robert joined our
credit union in May 1991. When asked why he joined the Credit Union, he states, “I joined the Credit Union as a
way to save money and for the excellent loan rates”. Robert is currently employed by Duke University Health
System as Revenue Manager for the departments of Dermatology and Psychiatry. Advocating education & community,
saving our youth, and working with a spirit of Excellence are all important emphasis to Robert as we live, experience, and
interact. Robert is a member and official leader of First Calvary Baptist Church in Durham, N.C.
Robert has one 36-year old son (Robert Deshawn) and one granddaughter (Dejah). His son is stationed at
Fort Lewis military installation in Washington state and has served in Iraq under the military branch of the United
States Army. His hobbies include gardening and photography. We would like to thank Robert for his
service as a volunteer on our Credit Committee. We are proud to honor Robert as our Member of the Month.
