If you are using one of our generic ATM/Debit cards, they are accepted at with over 40,000 merchants and over 330,000 ATM machines displaying the Star and Cirrus symbols. Examples of local area merchants are: Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Piggly Wiggly, Winn-Dixie, CVS, Eckerds, ACE Hardware, FTD Florists, Jiffy Lube, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, McDonalds, Wendy's and most gas stations worldwide.

After entering these pieces of information, you have choices of doing 1) balance inquiries, 2) transaction inquiries, 3) posting transactions on your account and 4) other administrative items, ie changing your PIN.

For balance inquiries or transactions, "ART" will ask you which account number you want to access. See below for a list of common account numbers

Loan Account ID Numbers:
"ART" identifies your loans by the number assigned at the time of closing. Check with the credit union if you do not know your loan number.
